CODI Awards
The CODI Annual Awards began in 1995 as a joint initiative with the Ipswich Council. CODI is proud to be involved in this project which gives recognition to volunteers and professionals who demonstrate exemplary work with disabled people. Open to nominated citizens of Ipswich and West Morton, CODI Award winners are invited to a ceremony held in October or November every year. Nominations must be submitted by the end of September every year.

- Housing
- Transport
- Education
- Carers
- Service Providers
- Federal State and Local Government
- Recreation
- Accessibility to business *(eg entrances/hallways/doorways etc )
Two CODI Achievement Awards are also presented in the following categories:
- A Young Peoples Award *( open to under 25's )
- CODI Presidents award
If you know someone or are aware of a business that assists with improving the quality of life and access for older people or people with disabilities, please nominate them NOW!!!

Nominations
Nominations are welcome from individuals, providers, businesses, associations and organisations who contribute to a better quality of life and/or provide access for people with disabilities.
How to submit a nomination:
- Complete the "Nomination Form - Summary of Personal history" and/or work experience in community service.
- Please return completed nomination forms to:
