CODI is the Co-ordinating Organisation for the Disabled in Ipswich. We are a non-profit organisation providing transport for the frail, aged, disabled and transport disadvantaged in the Ipswich and West Moreton regions. Our transport services span westwards to Walloon, south of the river as far as Springfield and as far east as Oxley (including Inala and Jindalee). At present, we are partially funded by HACC for the Ipswich and West Moreton area only.
The CODI service is open to anyone who meets at least one of the following criteria:-
Non-Urgent Medical Transport so you can visit doctors, physiotherapists, dentists, hydrotherapy, chiropractors, podiatrists, optomotrist, dialysis, QRI (Queensland Radium Institute).
Community Shopping
We provide a door-to-door service from your home to a shopping centre fortnightly on Fridays.
CODI Travel Club visits different locations on the third Saturday of the month. These trips are fully catered. Regular tours include the Glasshouse Mountains, Lockyer Valley and Brisbane.
New customers should register at least two working days before using the service and the first booking needs to be made at least two working days before using the service.
